Shipping Policy

Pure Northern Peptides currently ships within Canada only.

Orders are generally processed within 2 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

A flat shipping rate of $18.99 CAD applies to Canadian orders under $250 CAD. Orders of $250 CAD or more qualify for free shipping.

Carrier delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates from Pure Northern Peptides. Tracking information is provided where included with the applicable Canada Post service.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Contact Pure Northern as soon as possible for an address change. Changes may be accommodated before fulfillment or shipping where possible, but cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun or a parcel has been transferred to the carrier.

For a delayed, lost, or damaged parcel, contact Pure Northern with the order number and relevant information. For damage, provide clear photographs of the shipping package and affected item or items where applicable. Pure Northern may investigate using available Canada Post tracking and shipment information before determining an appropriate resolution.
